Chewy, alias Lindsay Nelson, is a transplanted Wisconsinite living in Japan. She is currently working in the JET Program as a Coordinator of International Relations, doing interpreting, translating, and school visits in Tochigi Prefecture. A MOTHER 2 novel?

In Japan, a novelization of MOTHER 2 was released to coincide with the game's launch in 1994. Written by Saori Kumi, who'd written novels based on a number of video games, it is 492 pages long and describes, in greater and sometimes strange detail, the events of the game.

Will you publish the translation?

Currently, there are no plans to pursue an official publication of the translation.
